Chandler’s best days are ahead of him. He is very athletic and gets into the air quickly, aiding him very much in rebounding and altering shots. He needs a lot of work offensively but catches the ball well.
Defensively, he struggles with lateral movement, and he’s a better rebounder offensively than defensively. Again though, it’s what his game can be that is most intriguing. In a class where there isn’t a clear cut #1 kid in the class, Chandler could be one put in the #1 spot just due to his upside.
If he keeps growing, he’ll have a chance to be LN’s next great big man, just behind Oden and Eric Montross but ahead of Jeff Layden and their current crop.
